Order PoliciesShipping: We ship most orders within 24 hours. Orders are shipped via UPS. In the event that it is not possible to ship your order within that period, you will be notified that your purchase has been back ordered. Order Cancellations: Any order can be cancelled prior to its shipment. If an order is cancelled prior to shipment, your credit card will be credited for the full amount of your purchase (price of items, shipping and any sales tax). Returns: If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 3 days of receipt. Items being returned must not have been used and must be in resalable condition. Please use the following guideline in making a return: 1. Contact our company by phone (518-767-0057) or email sales@parkingsigncorner.com to advise us of your intent to make a return. 2. When making a return, ship the items in the packaging materials used in sending you your shipment. If you have discarded the packaging materials, then package your return in a box and secure with a strong tape. For your protection, insure it for its value. 3. Address your package to: CQ Traffic Control Products, 1521 Route 9W, Selkirk, New York 12158 4. Your return should be shipped prepaid. We cannot accept COD’s. Refunds: In the event of a refund, a credit will be applied to your credit card within three days of receipt of your return. The credit issued will be in the amount of your purchase and any sales tax only. Shipping costs related to shipping your purchase to you and its return to us are not refundable. |
