Order Policies


We ship all orders as soon as possible. Most orders ship the next business day. Orders are shipped via UPS. In the event that it is not possible to ship your order in a timely fashion, you will be notified that your purchase has been back ordered.

Order Cancellations:

Any order can be cancelled prior to its shipment. If an order is cancelled prior to shipment, your credit card will be credited for the full amount of your purchase (price of items, shipping and any sales tax).


If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact our office regarding its return within 3 days of receipt. Items being returned must not have been used and must be in resalable condition.

NOTE: Refunds will be issued within three days of receipt of your return. The refund issued will be in the amount of your purchase and any sales tax only. There is a 25% restocking fee on any returned signs that will be deducted from any refund. Shipping costs related to shipping your purchase to you and its return to us are not refundable. Custom signs MAY NOT be returned for credit or refund.

Please use the following guideline in making a return:

1. Contact our company by phone (518-767-0057) or email bill@cometflasher.com to advise us of your intent to make a return. Please have your order number available for reference.

2. When making a return, ship the items in the packaging materials used in sending you your shipment. If you have discarded the packaging materials, then package your return in a box and secure with a strong tape. For your protection, insure it for its value.

3. Address your package to: Comet Flasher, 1521 Route 9W, PO Box 192, Selkirk, New York 12158

4. Your return should be shipped prepaid. We cannot accept CODís.
